DATA PROTECTION

On the basis of Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the Federation’s data protection regulations (Data Protection Law, DSG), every person has the right to protection of its privacy, as well as protection from abuse of his personal information. Personal data are kept strictly confidential, and we neither sell them nor pass them on to third parties.  In close cooperation with our hosting providers, we make an effort to protect the databases, as far as possible, from unauthorized access, losses, abuse, or forgeries. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can be subject to security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

The same applies, for example, if we need to send you information material or goods you have ordered or if we need to answer your specific questions. Where this is necessary, we advise you accordingly. If there is no legal basis for processing these personal data, we request your consent to do so.  Furthermore, we only store and process data that you have provided to us voluntarily and, where applicable, data that we collect automatically when you visit our website (e.g., your IP address and the name of the pages accessed, the browser you used and your operating system, the date and time of access, search engines used, and names of downloaded files). GOOGLE GA4 ANALYTICS AND GOOGLE TAG MANAGER

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google GA4 Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. GA4 collects both website and app data to better understand the customer journey. It uses event-based data instead of session-based and includes privacy controls such as cookieless measurement, and behavioral and conversion modeling. This website also uses Google Tag Manager functions to provide an optimized conversion tracking. GOOGLE ADWORDS

This website may partially use Google AdWords, an analysis service provided by Google, and, in the context of Google AdWords, conversion tracking. Google AdWords places a conversion tracking cookie in your browser when you click on an advertisement placed by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages on our site, Google may recognize that you clicked on the ad and were directed to that page.

The information obtained from Conversion Cookies is used to generate statistics for AdWords customers who use Conversion Tracking. These statistics tell us the total number of users who have clicked on the Google ad and visited a page with a conversion tracking tag.

In addition to conversion tracking, we sometimes also use the features:

- Remarketing

- Target groups with common interests

- User-defined target groups with common interests

- Ready to buy target groups

- Similar target groups

- Demographic and geographical orientation.

With Google's remarketing function, we reach users who have already visited our website. This enables us to present our advertising to target groups who are already interested in our products or services. AdWords also determines which common interests and characteristics users of our site have by looking at user behavior on sites in Google's ad network ("display network") over the past 30 days and using the contextual search engine. Based on this information, AdWords then finds new potential customers for marketing purposes whose interests and characteristics are similar to those of users of our site. Target group-specific remarketing is achieved through the combined use of cookies, such as Google Analytics cookies and Google DoubleClick cookies.
