Do I need coding skills?
No. The standard track is no-/low-code. An optional pro-track is available for technically inclined participants.
Will we actually build agents during the course?
Yes. Building and testing is the core of the day. You will work on your personal agent challenge or useful cases for your business and learn how to set up agents without coding experience.
Which tools will we use?
We are tool-agnostic and choose pragmatic options. Tool setup details are provided in the prework pack.
Is this about chatbots or avatars?
We clarify the differences briefly. The focus is on business agents and automation (digital employees), not avatar platforms.
Is privacy and governance covered?
Yes. You will receive a pragmatic DACH/EU-ready starter pack and guidance on safe-to-scale practices.
Do I receive a certificate?
You receive a "Agentic Builder Certificate" as a confirmation, and optionally a mini certificate if the defined deliverables are completed.
