General Terms and Conditions
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Dreamleap AG and its customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these General Terms and Conditions. Merely viewing our website is non-binding and does not establish any legal relationship.
The following general terms apply to participation in VOICETECHHUB courses delivered by Dreamleap AG (Grienbachstrasse 17, 6300 Zug, Switzerland).
Date: 22 September 2026
Course Delivery
Each course requires a minimum number of participants. If this number is not reached, all participants will be informed no later than 14 days before the course. If a course does not take place, participants may attend the next session or an equivalent course. Dreamleap AG reserves the right to cancel courses. In this case, participants may attend a future session of the course. A refund will be made if no further course is scheduled. Dreamleap AG accepts no liability for any further expenses or other disadvantages incurred by participants as a result of the cancellation.
Course Fees / Payment Terms
Payments are settled by invoice via the registration form or charged directly via the webshop. If registration is made by any other means, the full invoice amount must be received in Dreamleap AG's account no later than one day before the training begins.
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and exclude Swiss VAT. The applicable Swiss VAT is charged in addition on all fees for public training courses booked via voicetechhub.com. The current rate is 8.1% and is shown separately on the invoice.
Prerequisites
The prerequisites for each course are described on www.voicetechhub.com and vary by course. Participants are responsible for bringing a working laptop, obtaining any licences required for the specific course (e.g. ChatGPT Plus) and completing any preparatory work.
Scope of Services
The scope of services comprises participation in the course and, where stated, the associated catering. Accommodation and travel costs are not included.
Changes to Course Content
Dreamleap AG reserves the right to make minor ongoing adjustments to course content and to adapt it during delivery depending on the participants. There is no guarantee that all listed topics will be covered to the extent expected.
Change of Venue
In exceptional cases, Dreamleap AG reserves the right to change the venue at short notice. For courses held in Zurich, every effort will be made to find an alternative venue in the same region.
Cancellation by Participants
Registration via contact form:
If you registered via the registration form (contact form), you may cancel in writing up to 21 days before the course. For cancellations after this deadline, 50% of the course fee will be charged. For cancellations up to the start of the course, the full training fee will be charged in any case. A cancellation is only valid once the participant has received confirmation from Dreamleap AG by email.
Force Majeure or Illness
If a participant is unable to attend due to force majeure or illness, no refund will be made. However, if another equivalent Dreamleap AG course is scheduled, the participant may attend it, provided it is not fully booked. If no further training is scheduled, no compensation or refund will be made in this case either.

All courses are prepared and delivered by Dreamleap AG with the greatest possible care. Any liability for the success of the training, as well as any further liability not based on intent or gross negligence, is excluded. Participants use the information provided entirely at their own responsibility.
