Are the courses on-site or online?

Most courses take place on-site in the customer location or near Zurich, Basel or Bern. Some courses are tailored for online attendance.

When will the courses be conducted?

To provide you the best experience we plan in advance. To execute the courses a minimum number of people is 10, the maximum 25. If the number of participants is not reached, all participants will be informed at least 14 days in advance. The participant can take part in the next course equivalent course in case of the course cannot take place. VOOCE GmbH reserves the right to cancel or change the location of the courses. In this case the participant can take part in the next course in the future. Refunds will be made if there is no next course.

What happens if I cannot attend the course and need to cancel it?

The participant can take part in the next course equivalent course. Costs will be fully refunded if there is no next course.

What happens if for any reasons Voicetechhub cannot execute the course?

If Voicetechhub is unable to hold the course, the participant will have the option to attend the next equivalent course. Should this not be desired, the full course fees will be refunded.

What do I need for the course?

All you need is a running laptop. If you need any licenses or special pre-work to be done we will inform you accordingly.

Is the course for individuals of groups?

All the courses are for groups (no private teaching). Please find the options to choose from here.

How often do the courses take place?

Courses take place on the demand of our clients. On-site and offline courses usually take place on a one to two monthly basis.

How long are the courses?

• Online: ususally 1-4 hours
• On-Site: ususally one to two-day courses

Are there courses for companies and institutions?

Voicetechhub also offers courses for companies and associations.
